R&C Psychiatry is led by Dr. Roberto Carmona, DNP, PMHNP-BC, CEO and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with more than 25 years of healthcare experience and adjunct faculty at FIU Nicole Wertheim College of Nursing and Health Sciences. He practices alongside Medical Director Dr. Virginia Contreras, MD, and a team of additional psychiatrists and PMHNPs, all certified in TMS and Spravato. Together they bring decades of training in mood disorders, ADHD, substance use, and child, adolescent, and adult psychiatry, with a shared commitment to trauma-informed, evidence-based care.
